A bit about me
I entered the fitness industry on a whim in 2009, having completed a quick Cert 3 & 4 Fitness course to “get a qualification of some sort”. From there, I was hired immediately by my first employer who soon become my mentor. Fast forward 14 years, my knowledge and experience (along with a super big “JUST JUMP” moment) allowed me to open my first Fit For Life Training Studio in Melbourne’s South East Suburbs.
My biggest asset when working with clients is my ability to connect with and understand them and their mindsets, through having overcome many obstacles in my own fitness journey, including;

Throughout the last 14 years in the industry, I have worked with thousands of clients, changing their lives through health and fitness. By simply guiding, educating and, most importantly, believing in them, my clients have overhauled their lives, either by changing their body compositions, getting fitter, improving their health or acheiving goals they didn’t think was possible. The best part is my coaching focusses on your mindset around your nutrition, exercise, yourself and your life to produce healthy, long term, sustainable changes.
My goal as your coach is to make your health and fitness journey as easy as possible for you, to figure out what works for you, your body and your life and to navigate any challenges you face together to build you into one fit, healthy, confident badass!
My programs are NOT quick fixes or cookie cutter programs. Each week you will work very closely with me to hit your goals for the week, stay on track and build confidence in yourself all the while acheiving epic results and ticking those ever eluding goals off your list.

I know exactly what it’s like to feel unfit and unhappy. I know the mental strain it puts on you when you feel like you can’t lose weight, achieve your goal or your stuck in a never ending circle. I know the feeling of zero self confidence and feeling like you are not good enough to achieve what you really really desire.

NUTRITION COACHING
My nutrition coaching focusses heavily on balance of your nutrition while still being able to reach your goals. I don’t believe in cutting out foods or food groups, crash dieting or starving yourself for results - that is simply sustainable, but most importantly, is detrimental to your mindset and your relationship with food.
I believe in fuelling your body for energy and results, but also being able to fuel your soul and mind with the foods you love. My goal is to find out what nutritional approach works for you and that you feel you can easily slot into your current lifestyle.
My nutrition coaching is based off personalised meal plans (specific to you, your body, your preferences and what foods you love eating every single day) as well as education around nutrition to empower you to make nutritional choices that will move you towards your goals and you know make your body feel good.

TRAINING COACHING
I am a believer in a hybrid training style; strength training for lean muscle mass and cardio training for heart and body health.
Hybrid training simply means involving a mix of both for an all rounded, fit body and mind. This doesn’t mean I expect you to go out a running 10km or squat 100kgs- NO WAY! It simple means training in all aspects of fitness for a fit body; strength training, using body weight or weights AND cardio training whether that be running, swimming, riding etc or simply walking. My goal is to find what exercise you enjoy doing, get you into a healthy, sustainable workout routine and get you hitting some serious training goals!
My training programs are for gym workouts or home workouts, depending on what you have available. The programs are tailored to you, your goals, your preferences and any restrictions such as injuries. I will never make you do any exercise you don’t enjoy doing - that’s not fun for anyone!
Instead, we work together to find what you love to do and double down on that for results!
